
Kemuri is an intimate, upscale hideaway in Singapore offering a refined Japanese dining experience in a tranquil, zen-inspired setting. Formerly yakitori-focused, the restaurant evolved in July 2025 under Head Chef Yuki Saito— previously Sous-Chef at Michelin-starred Kaiseki Komuro in Tokyo. It now celebrates Japan’s seasonal bounty through authentic charcoal-grilled dishes and kappo-style cuisine.
With 11 counter seats and two private tables, guests enjoy front-row views of live-fire cooking. The beverage program features over 50 sakes, seasonal pairing flights, shochu, and premium Japanese whiskies. After hours, Kemuri transforms into a members-only Late Dining Bar, accessible by referral only.
